créatifs operates a public business-to-business directory of creative professionals. A subset of profiles are listed before their owner has signed up — these appear under the heading "Not yet active on créatifs" and link out to the creator's public Instagram profile.
Legal basis
These listings are processed under our legitimate interest in operating a public directory that helps brands discover creative professionals (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We list only publicly available professional data: social handle, city, country, craft, focus niches, and a rounded follower band.
What we do not list
We never display biographies, profile images, email addresses, phone numbers, exact follower counts, pricing, or any data entered privately during a creator application. Indexed profiles carry no media.
Your rights
If a listed profile is yours, you may:
- Claim the profile by verifying with Instagram, to take full control and add your portfolio.
- Object to the listing and request permanent removal (Art. 21 GDPR). Removal is irreversible — the profile will not be re-listed even if re-imported.
Request removal
To protect creators from someone else deleting their listing, we only action removals from the account owner. Choose one of the two verified routes below.
Sign in with the Instagram account shown in the listing. We read nothing but your handle, remove the listing immediately, and discard the access token right away.
Prefer not to sign in? Send us a direct message from the Instagram account in question to @creatifsclub with the word REMOVE. The message itself proves you control the account, and we delist the profile within 72 hours.
