In short: if you switch this on, we may feature your work on créatifs channels and credit you. It is entirely optional, it changes nothing about your account or how you appear on créatifs, and you can switch it off at any time in your profile settings.
1. What you allow
You grant rawlenses media, proprietor Filip Nies, Am Sonnenhang 20, 57223 Kreuztal, Germany ("créatifs", "we") a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable permission to reproduce, display, adapt in format (crop, resize, captions, our wordmark) and publish the work shown on your créatifs profile, for the purpose of promoting you and the créatifs platform.
This covers our own channels and third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook and other Meta services, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and comparable platforms, as well as newsletters, press and event material.
2. Collaborator tagging
On Instagram we may invite you as a collaborator on a créatifs post. If you accept the invite, the post also appears on your own profile and reaches your followers. You can decline the invite, or remove yourself from a post later, directly in Instagram — no explanation needed.
3. Name, handle and likeness
You allow us to use your name, your social handle, your profile picture and your image where it appears in the work, together with that promotion. Wherever the platform allows it, we credit you by name or handle. We do not use your work to endorse a third-party product or a paid advertiser without asking you first.
4. Which work this covers
Only the work shown on your créatifs profile: the posts from the social profile you connected and anything you uploaded to us directly. Nothing else, and nothing from private or unconnected accounts.
5. Automated and recurring use
Selection and publishing may be automated and may happen repeatedly, without individual prior notice each time. That is why the permission is optional and always reversible.
6. Your warranty
You confirm that you hold the rights needed to give this permission, that the work is free from conflicting third-party rights (co-authors, agencies, clients, depicted persons, trademark, design and property owners, music and other licensed material) and that any required releases exist.
7. Duration and withdrawal
The permission runs for as long as your profile is active and the switch stays on. You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, from your profile → Account & security → Profile promotion, or by writing to hello@creatifs.com.
We stop publishing new material immediately and remove existing organic posts within 14 days, where the platform in question technically allows it. Paid campaigns already booked and printed material already in circulation may run out. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of use before the withdrawal.
8. No obligation
Saying no — or withdrawing later — has no effect on your account, your ranking, your visibility in the directory or the projects you can be booked for.
9. Data protection
Processing your name, handle, picture and likeness for this promotion is based on your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 22 KUG. We record when you gave or withdrew the permission and which version of this document applied, so both sides can prove it later. Details and your other rights are in the Privacy Policy.
