1. Sign in at creatifs.com/login.
2. Go to Settings → Profile → Danger zone.
3. Click Delete account and confirm the prompt.

Your account and directly linked personal data are removed within 7 days. Public content (e.g. a Creator directory listing built from public sources) is unpublished immediately.

If you cannot access your account, or you are listed in the créatifs directory without an account, send an email to hello@creatifs.com with:

• The subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• The email address, username or public profile URL you want removed.
• A short statement confirming that you are the person concerned (or authorised to act on their behalf).

We verify the request to prevent malicious deletion and act within 30 days (usually within 7).

Where a Creator connected an Instagram account via Meta Login, revoking access removes créatifs's permissions and stops future syncs. To revoke: open your Instagram app → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → find "créatifs" → Remove. To also delete the Instagram-derived data we previously stored, email us as described in Option B — a Meta revocation alone does not delete historical data on our side.

German commercial and tax law obliges us to retain certain records even after account deletion:

• Invoices, contracts and signature audit trails — 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
• Anti-fraud and abuse records — for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

These records are moved to restricted archival storage, accessed only for the legal purpose above, and deleted at the end of the retention period.
